The Bed & Breakfast was originally built in 1880 and served as a private residence to the Presidents of Longwood University until 1969. Across the street from Longwood University, just three blocks away from historic downtown Farmville--home to Green Front Furniture and six miles away from Hampden-Sydney College. The Longwood Bed & Breakfast is situated in the heart of Farmville. The most recent addition to the Farmville area is the 18 hole bent-grass championship Rick Robbins golf course.
