Locust Dale is located in Madison County in Virginia and is the home of many bed and breakfast. Interesting events in the area include the Crozet Arts Festival and the Fall Foliage Bike Festival held in October in nearby Staunton. Its great exercise and the scenery is unbelievable. It's a great part of any B&B experience. Another great stop is Arcady Vineyard Wine Tours in Charlottesville. It gets rave reviews from past customers. Don't forget The Endless Caves in New Market. It is one of America's true underground treasures and offers daily tours. When you get hungry, try Pig-N-Steak in Madison. It has a relaxed atmosphere and the barbecue has received very positive reviews. Feel like something a little different? Bavarian Chef in Rochelle has excellent German cuisine and fine close to a day before returning to the Inn for a good night's rest.
