How To Find Us

The Kenmore Inn is located at 1200 Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.
Our office is open Monday through Sunday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
There are many options for you to make contact with us.

Coming from I-95:
Take Exit 130 A and travel East on Route 3 towards Fredericksburg.
Take a left onto William Street after passing under a bridge and entrances to Route 1.
Follow William Street to downtown Fredericksburg.
Take a left onto Charles Street (in between Prince Edwards and Princess Anne).
Travel 2 blocks and take a right onto Lewis Street.
The Inn is located on your left hand side, facing Princess Anne Street.
Please feel free to park along Lewis Street and use our side entrance!

Coming from the Fredericksburg Amtrak Station:
Turn right onto Lafayette Blvd. towards Caroline Street.
Turn left onto Caroline Street.
Turn left onto Fauquier Street and then left again on Princess Anne Street.
Please feel free to park anywhere in front of the Inn on Princess Anne Street.

Coming from Central Park:
Exit Central Park's front entrance on Route 3.
Take Route 3 East and follow directions from I-95.
