Locust Thicket, with natural pine wainscoting, is decorated with informal antiques, a loveseat, desk, and a king size bed and a newly remodeled bathroom with shower. The decorator wall color and bed fabric echo the Oriental carpet pattern and colors. It is warm, comfortable and inviting.

Ivy Creek is decorated in serene celadon and ivory. The four poster canopy tiger maple bed is the centerpiece of the room. There is comfortable seating in two boudoir chairs and ample storage space in the chest of drawers and closet. A small writing desk has been added for your use. The room with its soft colors and light, airy décor is calming and relaxing. The private bathroom is spacious with tub, stall shower and vanity dressing table.

Poplar Forest, with its own library, is a suite situated in the back wing of the house. The Tudor style, step-down bedroom provides a King-size bed, large sitting area with a day bed and loveseat in front of a gas log fireplace with remote control. The combination of American antiques and early hooked rug, toile fabric and faux paint finish on the walls creates an old-world and romantic atmosphere. The adjoining luxury bathroom offers a large soaking tub (pictured on the intro page), walk in shower, and double sinks. The crystal chandelier and faux-stone walls with murals are truly opulent.

• Supervised young adults, 12 years of age and older are welcome.
• Our Bichon Frise, Spencer, will welcome you. Regrettably we cannot accommodate other pets.
• Check-in/Check-out:
  • To give us time to adequately prepare your accommodations and provide refreshments, check-in is 4 - 6 PM.
  • Other times can be arranged with prior notice.
  • Checkout time is by 11 AM.
• Reservations:
  • Book Online Now or telephone us toll free at 800-689-7404 between 10 AM and 10 PM EST to check availability and arrange for deposit by check or credit card.
  • Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of your total reservation, whichever is greater.
  • You will receive written confirmation of your reservation by mail or e-mail.
  • Two-night minimum stay is required on some weekends.
• Cancellations:
  • Ivy Creek Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us.
  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please CALL us at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee.
  • In the unlikely event, with less than 15 days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand you are responsible for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
• Payment:
  • Payment in full is required at time of arrival (except special events and graduation weekends, which are paid in full, non-refundable, in advance).
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, personal check or cash.
• A credit card is required to make a reservation for security. However, a personal check can be used if received at least five days before arrival.
