Welcome to our historic and romantic bed and breakfast! The 1848 Island Manor House Bed and Breakfast is nestled on Virginia's beautiful Eastern Shore. Our historic B&B is located in the charming community of Chincoteague. An island filled with romance and yester-year charm, Chincoteague is located between Virginia's Eastern Shore mainland and the famous Assateague Island. Here you will enjoy the Chincoteague National Refuge, Assateague National Seashore, Assateague Lighthouse, Eastern Coastal migratory birds and the wild ponies. We are Chincoteague Island's most historic B&B, having played a role in island history since before the days of the American Civil War. This romantic Bed & Breakfast is host to several beautiful weddings, receptions, and various group events throughout the year.
