The Inn at 802 is in a great location, with Colonial Williamsburg a short 12 minute walk away. The College of William and Mary is just across the street, and Busch Gardens, Yorktown, and the Jamestown Settlement are all just a short drive away. The common areas of the house include an extensive library with fireplace, a formal dining room where a lovely homemade breakfast is served, and a large living room (pictured below) also with a fireplace and a grand piano for you enjoyment. We also have a delightful sun room, which overlooks the garden and patio area, for you to enjoy as well.
Relax on a wicker sofa in the afternoon light of the glassed-in sun room. Enjoy afternoon refreshemts in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the spacious living room. Gather with guests or enjoy a bit of solitude in the fragrant gardens that surround the inn. The decor in all of our guest rooms reflects Colonial charm and beautifully coordinated colors. The window treatments, duvet covers, dust ruffles, and pillow shams are all handmade and reflect the attention to detail so common long ago and still so tasteful today. All guest rooms have private baths, writing desks with chairs, and beautiful period-style antiques and reproductions. While each guestroom is different, they share a common theme of comfort and good taste. They are spacious, private, quiet and inviting. Our entire inn is climate-controlled for our guests' comfort. We are a non-smoking facility.
