The house sleeps five people comfortably, and includes a modern kitchen and bathroom,
as well as, central heat and air conditioning.
Enjoy the privacy of staying in your own residence.
Our modern kitchen comes stocked with fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, cereals and other breakfast items. Do you need something special? Just let us know. From cherry pie to ice cream, we are happy to make your stay more enjoyable. Or bring your own food. The kitchen comes with a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave oven and charcoal grill.
Our rooms are cozy and warm.
Feel as though you stepped back in time. Sleep under handmade quilts in a king-size bed. Awake to sunlight and shadows dancing their way along the floors.
Many of our guests have stayed here before. Some have even stayed months at a time. Almost everyone mentions the calm and quiet serenity.
The modern bathroom includes a shower and has plenty of space. It's cleverly built to maintain the cottage's original feel and character.

We also offer a full range of equestrian boarding for both the short and long term.
We have nicely fenced pastures and an eleven-stall center isle barn
with tack room, hot water and restroom facilities.
Area Attractions & Activities
Wineries. Visit any of our seven local wineries. Tarara Winery, Hidden Brook Winery, Lost Creek Winery and Fabbioli Cellars are within three miles. Loudoun Valley Vineyards, Waterford Vineyards, and Village Winery are all within 10 miles.
Bicycle or hike the C&O Canal. We are less than five miles from Point of Rocks, Maryland with easy access to the canal towpath. We cna arrange for pick up and delivery of people and their bicycles at various points along the path. We also have some bicycles available for riding. For the more adventurous, it's a 13 mile bike ride to Harper's Ferry, West Virginia.
Antique Stores Galore. More antique stores than you can visit in one day. We can even help with transportation and temporary storage of your new purchase.
Historic Attractions. Loudoun County and Leesburg are full of history. The old town of Waterford is six miles away, and places outside the are like Harper's Ferry and Antietam are 40 minutes by car. The Smithsonian's new Air & Space Museum is only 35 minutes away.
Train Service. Point of Rocks, Maryland is five miles away and has an old fashioned historic train station. Trains run daily into Washington D.C. on the MARC line. We provide pick up and delivery to the station.
