Inn at Hope Springs Farm

• All prices subject to applicable tax. Greater of 50% deposit of total reservation or one night's rate required at time of booking the reservation by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) to guarantee reservation.
• Two suites require two-night minimum stay: Master Suite and Treetop Suite. Holidays and weekends require all rooms to have a two-night minimum.
• Guesthouse rooms may be rented individually or a house package for 20% discount off the room prices. The nightly rate is for double occupancy for one bed only. For use of additional beds the rate is $25 per bed.
• All "no shows" or cancellations the day of reservation are the responsibility of the guest and full payment, the 50% deposit and the balance due will be charged to the guest.
• We require a two-week notice for full refund of deposit. Under two-weeks, forfeits your deposit. The cancellation period for group bookings, two or more rooms, is 90 days. Inclimate weather at the farm or the place of origin does not constitute exceptions to the cancellation policy.
• Hope Springs Farm has been designated for adults only. Children are welcome to visit on a daily basis, however, overnight accommodations are for folks 18 years and older.
• We will be glad to assist in making reservations for dinner or other engagements.
• Hope Springs Farm has small group capabilities for clerical (as in clergy), professional or academic encounter groups, seminars or weekends. Please call for details.
