Imagine the grandeur of a stately three-story veranda on a Louisiana Plantation Style farmhouse set in 100 acres of trees, streams, ponds, pastures and walking trails. As you mount the auspicious stairs of Hope Springs Farm, a bed & breakfast inn consisting of a manor home and retreat house, and gaze upon the beauty of Indian Ridge, you enter a world reminiscent of the landed gentry of the past. Hope Springs Farm is more than an inn. It is a real working farm with four dogs, a dozen barn cats, laying hens, alpacas, llamas, old and new barns, pastures, ponds, ancient trees, and abundant wildlife. Come collect your own farm fresh eggs, run with the dogs, and touch and feel alpaca fleece, what only royalty of the past could own. We are located within an hour's drive to many tourist destinations including golf courses, antique malls, vineyards, state parks, Blue Ridge Parkway, Radford University, Virginia Tech, and Ferrum College. |

Bold, elegantly appointed rooms in warm romantic colors invite you to come in, explore, and discover. The Inn at Hope Springs Farm features sumptuous silk oriental rugs, gorgeous tapestries, dupioni draperies and duvets, a black baby grand piano, oak, marble and granite flooring, five fireplaces, library, two verandas, screened porch, third floor balcony, sunny back deck, and a gazebo for bird watching or reading. Our six manor rooms offer private baths, cable TV, high speed internet hook up, and many more amenities. The guest house cottage is a 1,600 square foot house done in a warm French country motif with four large bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with fireplace, porch, and sunny deck with grill that overlooks a babbling brook. Rooms may be rented individually or as a house package. The guest house is the perfect cozy retreat for groups or business travelers. |
The Inn at Hope Springs Farm serves a full buffet style country breakfast which will satisfy a broad range of appetites, diets, and palates with everything from seasonal fruits, whole grain cereals, assortment of meats, homemade biscuits, waffles, pastries, plentiful fruit juices, and either our own farm fresh eggs or egg substitutes upon request. The menu changes daily, so let us know dietary or special requirements when making your reservations.
