Policies:
  • We ask for a 50% deposit, or one night's stay to secure a reservation. Cancelations DO sometimes happen - we understand! If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible. We give refunds for any reason for a cancelation 10 or more days prior to check-in. Closer to your stay with us, and we will try to rebook the room. If successful, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We also keep a waiting list for busy weekends - or weekends with a 2 to 3 night minimum for a single night's stay.
  • While our farm animals are quite used to each other...we are unable to accomodate guest pets.
  • Our property is non-smoking.
  • Our historic inn is not generally appropriate for children. On some occasions, and in some rooms, exceptions may be made. Please call us for more information.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $50 charge for an extra person.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, checks and BedandBreakfast.com gift cards.
