Greenock is a beautiful Victorian home dating from the 1880's. The house sits on five gorgeous acres, which secludes it from the town. We love to share our passion for food with our guests. You can sit on the wraparound porch to enjoy the country breeze along with your evening hors d'oeuvres.

Sweet Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients:
1/4 lb Bacon
2 small or 1 large Sweet Potato

Steps:

Slice peeled sweet potatoes very thin. Saute bacon pieces in a large skillet until the edges are just becoming crisp. Add sweet potato slices. Toss to coat. Continue cooking until sweet potato is cooked through and the bacon has fully crisped. Serve as a side with any breakfast item.

Total preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2
