Gordonsville is located in the heart of historic central Virginia. It is approximately 18 miles northeast of Charlottesville and 93 miles southwest of our nation's capital. If you happen to stay at a Gordonsville bed and breakfast during February, you'll be able to catch the Horton Vineyards Mardi Gras and Gumbo Celebration where you can participate in traditional Mardi Gras games. For family fun, visit Verling Park and Dix Memorial Pool. The facilities include a tennis court, a playground, and a pavilion.
