Horses Welcome

Goodstone's 265 acres of rolling pastures, woodlands and unspoiled natural beauty await you for fun-filled country adventures or simply for relaxation and rejuvenation. The original Goodwin dairy and farmstead is located in the center of the estate with its stables and turn out paddocks.

Here at the Goodstone Inn we encourage guests to bring their own horses and make use of our stabling facilities. Enjoy riding, foxhunting and showing in the heart of Virginia's hunt country while enjoying the accommodations, service and other amenities of the Goodstone Inn. We offer stall board with self-care service only. We also offer seasonal pasture boarding rates.

Goodstone offers 7 stalls in a single stable located in the heart of our 265 acre estate. The stables feature wash stalls with hot and cold water and excellent turnout paddocks with run-in sheds and automatic waterers. The Farmstead stable offers separate storage for trailers. Guest stall board with self-care includes box stall, grain, hay and bedding. The riding options are endless.
