The Glencoe Inn - Portsmouth, Virginia

Victorian gardens Walk through the enchanting Victorian gardens. Stand on our upper deck and marvel at the spectacular views of the Elizabeth River. Just across the street is The Colonial Hill House museum, a four-story 1825 basement home furnished entirely with original family belongings. A leisurely stroll takes you along the waterside, to the shipyard museum, or the ferry ride to Norfolk. Just a few steps away on High street are numerous antique stores and excellent restaurants. In the evening you can come and sit on the front porch and enjoying the evening air while greeting everyone out for a walk.

We serve a full Scottish breakfast which includes fresh baked scones and muffins, served with a variety of Scottish jams and marmalades. These are accompanied by fresh fruits, juices, quiche, and porridge on request ... but no haggis. The Glencoe Inn - Portsmouth, Virginia
