The Garden and the Sea Inn guest rooms have all been designed and decorated to ensure our guests a unique lodging experience with emphasis on privacy, comfort and relaxation. All of our spacious rooms feature fine linen, air conditioning, T.V. and refrigerators, sitting areas, complementary use of robes, and a filled candy dish. Refreshments are available at all times in the Garden House Parlor.

Chardonnay Room

is located on the main level of the Victorian House. This spacious room has a king bed, sitting area and brightly sky-lighted double jacuzzi, separate shower and dressing area. TV and refrigerator. Handicapped Accessible. $95-$185

Sandpiper

A romantic room off a semi-private screened porch on the ground level of the Garden House. A queen bed, whirlpool tub, with shower make this a most comfortable room. TV and refrigerator $75-$165

Champagne Room

is on the upper level of the Garden House. This room highlights a queen-size lace trimmed bed, fireplace, sitting area and double whirlpool bath.TV and refrigerator $85-$175

Chantilly Room

This bright room upstairs has a queen size wicker sleigh bed. The large bath, with a two person jacuzzi and a tub/shower is sky-lighted. TV and refrigerator. $65-$175

Lighthouse

This Garden House room is ground level with a semi-private screened porch. This room features a queen bed, fireplace and bath with whirlpool tub and shower,TV and refrigerator. $75-$165

Nelson Room

This upper level in the Victorian House features a queen bed, sitting area, and sky-lighted bath with claw-foot tub and shower, TV and refrigerator. $65-$145 (picture will be available soon)

Chablis Suite

a very private king suite in our Bird House. Private entrance, king bed, private bath with extra wide/extra deep whirlpool, separate sitting area with TV and refrigerator, private deck. A great honeymoon suite. $145 - $205

Merlot Room

a cozy room in our Victorian House. King size cherry sleigh bed, twin size sleeper sofa, private bath, TV and refrigerator. $75 - $185

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be secured with a deposit by check or credit card equal to one night's lodging. A full refund, less a $15.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation notice is received at least 10 days prior to arrival. Guests canceling / changing their reservation dates less than 10 days in advance of their scheduled arrival date or during their stay, are responsible for all nights we are unable to resell.

House Policies:

• Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is allowed outside buildings only.


• Room rates include a full breakfast served between 8:30 - 10 a.m. and afternoon refreshments.
  
• The Garden and the Sea Inn does allow pets with notice at the time of booking. Please be advised however, that pets are not permitted at anytime on the southern end of Assateague Island. They are allowed on the Northern end of Assateague, on Chincoteague, and Guard's Beach on the Chesapeake Bay.


• Check Out: 11:00 a.m. - Check In: 3:00 p.m.
  We'll make every effort to have your room ready. We appreciate notification if you will be arriving later than 10:00 p.m.
