The Merrifield

Tucked into a separate wing of our stable with views of the paddock and riding ring, this cottage provides the ultimate "get-away-from-it-all" experience. Done in rustic European style, it features a living room with cathedral ceiling and sliding glass doors leading to your own private porch, private outside entrance, separate bedroom with queen bed, and full bath with shower. The living room has a sofa bed for kids or other traveling companions. $165/night, double occupancy

Fabulous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from private second floor deck. A full galley kitchen opening into the sitting/living room area with queen sleeper sofa, one bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath with shower. $165/night, double occupancy

Weekly and Mid-Week Specials:

• 5 nights Sun. – Thurs. $695

• No smoking inside (smokers are welcome to do so outside).
• Mature children over 9 welcome in the B&B. The Cottage Suites are suitable for all ages.
• Check-in: 3 to 7 p.m. Check-in after 7 p.m. gladly accommodated - just let us know ahead of time.
• Check-out: 11 a.m.
• Additional person in room: $20/night (B&B) and Cottage Suites.
• All rates subject to change without notice.
• We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
• Reservations will be confirmed by a deposit equal to one evening's visit; more for extended stays, special events and holidays.
• Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified.
• Guests departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire length of reservation. No shows and cancellations after 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival will be charged for entire length of reservation.
• Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $15 per room processing fee, or the entire deposit can be credited to another visit within six months.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded if all rooms are rented, less a $25 per room processing fee.
