The Garden Suite - Rate: $195 - First floor room with a private entrance and your own sitting room with fireplace. A large bedroom and bath offer a view into the gardens and Big Fleet's Pond.

The Victorian Suite - Rate: $165 - Large second floor room with private bath and small nursery attached with a single bed to accommodate a third person or child. Sitting area within the room overlooks the Bay, and a study with a fireplace is available downstairs for your exclusive use.

The Tidal Pond Suite - Rate: $150 - Second floor bedroom with separate sitting room and private bath across the hall. Offers view of the Bay and Big Fleet's Pond.

• Reduced rates December through March.
• Each additional person per room is $15.
• One night's deposit is required to confirm.
• We welcome children and pets by special arrangement,
  while remaining mindful of our other guests.
• For comfort and safety, no smoking indoors.
• Cash, credit cards and personal checks accepted.
• Gift certificates available.
• Wireless Internet available.
• Your deposit will be refunded if notice received at least 7
  days prior to reserved date, or if we are able to rebook.
• Check-in: 3:00 - 6:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am. Other times
  by prior arrangement.
