Welcome to Fancy Gap Bed and Breakfast! We are located at the end of a country road which provides a place for some quiet time all your own. With Interstate 77 less than 4 miles away, Fancy Gap Bed and Breakfast is easy to reach yet a long way from the rush of everyday life.

Breakfast will include locally grown produce when possible. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am. If you are an early riser and would like coffee, it will be available in the dining room. Please notify us of any food allergies or preferences. If you are just a toast and cereal lover, we can accommodate that too. Please let us know your wishes in advance.

Rates and Information Rates: $125 - $150. Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Rates are $15 less for single occupancy. State and local taxes at 10% will be added. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the estimated charge, before taxes. Deposit may be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Check. Deposit is refunded for cancellations which are received by 6 pm three days before your scheduled arrival, less cancellation fee of $25. Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. If you plan on arriving early, please call ahead of time. We will be happy to let you drop off your bag. Your room can be ready by 2 p.m. for an additional charge of $25. Early arrival or late departures require advance notice for preparation and housekeeping purposes. The entire inn is non-smoking; smoking is permitted on the deck and grounds. We ask that you do use the available receptacles. We can accommodate children 12 and older if accompanied by an adult, as many guests are here for adult time. There is an additional charge of $25 per night per child sharing a room with an adult. We are open seven days a week.
