Ebenezer House Bed and Breakfast

• McIntosh Room with a private bath is $120.
• Mellon Room $95, shared bath Burke Family Room with twin beds,$80and Loft for third person or chld in Burke Room $30, shared bath Family Lofts, Amy Lou and Kara Ann accessible by wrought iron spiral staircases for adults and children age 10 and up. $45 each
• Contact us for rates on extended stays.
• Virginia sales tax of 5% will be added to all lodging.

• Advance reservation required for extended stays with a 50% deposit by check (preferred) or credit card to insure your accommodations.
• Reservations are confirmed by e-mail or fax when your payment is received.
• The balance is due upon arrival by check, credit card, debit card, or cash.
• If it is necessary to cancel your reservations it must be done at least ten days in advance for a full refund of your deposit.
• If cancellation is less than ten days, a deposit refund will not be made unless we are able to rent your room to another party. We will make every effort to do so.
• If we are unable to rent the room, your deposit will be forfeited, however, if you are able to come at a later date you will be given credit for your previously paid security deposit.
• If the Ebenezer House cancels your visit due to an emergency, your deposit will be refunded or you may schedule another date if you choose.
• Check in time: any time after 4 pm.
• Check out time: 11 am.
• No smoking inside.
• No pets, as we have Jack Russells.
• Children ages 8 and up are welcome.
