Introduction

Copper Ridge Farm - Leesburg, Virginia Enjoy the privacy of a modern one-bedroom apartment, or the charm of a room with a private bath & fireplace in a modern log cabin, located in the woods adjacent to the charming hamlet of Lucketts, Virginia. Daily, weekly and monthly rates available. NO SMOKING permitted on the property.

Copper Ridge Farm is a small working farm with horses, goats, turkeys, chickens, dogs and friendly barn cats centrally located one hour northwest of Washington, DC and forty-five minutes south of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, conveniently located 2 miles from Rt. 15. Rail service to DC located within minutes. Well-behaved children are welcome to stay in our 8 bed bunkroom with its own private bath (*) when parents stay in the log cabin. Horseback riding lessons and pony rides may be available. (*)

Bring your own horses to stable (*) in our six 12x12 stall barn, rubberized center-aisle, wash stall, small turn-out paddock, long dressage arena w/rubber/sand footing, camper/trailer parking w/electric (*). Located within minutes of equestrian activities at Rubicon Farm (less than 10 min), Morven Park (less than 15 min), Loch Moy Farm (less than 30 min), and Bittersweet Field (30 min).

Awaken in the morning to fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, cereals and other breakfast items. Other items are available with advance notice. Bring your own food and the kitchen comes with a full size refrigerator, stove top, and microwave oven. If the weather permits, you are welcome lie in the hammock, read a book, soak in the wood-fired, cedar barrel hot tub (*), or enjoy grilling on our spacious deck.

Rates:
  • One-bedroom studio w/king bed, private bath and separate living area w/satellite TV: $165/night
  • Bedroom w/queen bed, private bath and fireplace in main residence: $125/night
  • Bunkroom w/8 beds, private bath in main residence: $150/night, or $22/person when reserved by the same party as a second room.
