Guest Rooms/Rates

We are pleased to announce “Cooper’s Springs” to soak away all the worries of our B & B guests. We have added a ten-person hot tub in the restored original Smokehouse of the Inn. This fall we will also be adding two additional guest rooms including a honeymoon/anniversary suite with a whirlpool spa for the perfect romantic getaway!

Romeo & Juliet Room - The perfect room for the true romantic at heart. The Romeo & Juliet Room features a queen size canopy bed with 450-thread count sheets, new posturepedic mattresses, luxury towels and bath products, and terry robes. It also offers a gas fireplace and in-room claw foot tub for relaxing while sipping on your favorite wine. The room has a shower for your convenience, as well as a hidden TV, VCR, DVD & Satellite cable.

Unique to this room are the bathroom fixtures from the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA. When they updated their plumbing, one hundred of their original fixtures were only sold to Bed & Breakfasts in Virginia.
The rate for this room is $100-$135.

Midsummer's Night Room - The rich flavor of the Midsummer's Night Room offers an enchanting escape. The room features a period antique queen bed with 450-thread count sheets, new mattresses, luxury towels and bath products, and terry robes. It offers a gas fireplace and claw foot tub/shower for soaking away all your worries. For your convenience there is a TV, VCR, DVD, and Satellite cable. This room also boasts a large period vanity and bench.
The rate for this room is $100-$135.

The Courtly Love Room - The soothing dark blue of the Courtly Love Room offers a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. The room features an iron queen bed with 450 thread count sheets, new mattresses, luxury towels and bath products, and terry robes for two. It also offers an electric stove fireplace for heat and soothing ambiance. The bathroom has a stand-up shower. For your convenience there is a TV, VCR, DVD, and Satellite cable. This room has a large entry hall and is perfect for those traveling with small pets. The rate for this room is $100-$135.

The Vineyard Suite - Let the majestic dark purples of the Vineyard Suite take you to a time of romance and respite. This two room suite offers its guests its own private stairway entrance. This room is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, and those seeking a uniquely romantic stay. The large bathroom has a two-person double Jacuzzi tub, tiled steam shower, and period vanity. The room features a queen bed with 450 thread count sheets, new mattresses, luxury towels and bath products, and terry robes for two. It also offers an electric stove fireplace to add to the romantic ambiance. For your convenience there is a TV, VCR, DVD, and Satellite cable. This room also has its own butler's pantry with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The rate for this room is $150-$195.

Policies...

Rates based on double occupancy and do not include 10% Virginia State & Local Tax.
$25 fee for each additional occupant.
Military/corporate rates available.
Two-night minimum requested during summer months.
$10 per night rate increase and two-night minimum required during Lakefest weekend.
Since we are a small inn and cancellations affect us dramatically, there is a 14-day cancellation policy.

Insurance restricts smoking to porches and outside areas only.
Check-in: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
Packages can be arranged to meet any of your needs, including massage, in-room wine/champagne,
long stem roses/floral arrangements.
