• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• We are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18.
• Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• A deposit, equal to one night's room rental (plus applicable taxes), is due at the time of your reservation.
• All cancellation notices must be received in writing (e-mail is acceptable) at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date, for a full refund.
• Cancellation notices received within 72 hours of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit -- unless we are able to re-rent the room.
• If we are able to re-rent the room, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 processing fee.
