Policies
  • Two night minimum for weekends, holidays and special events.
  • Smoking is allowed outside only
  • Limited accommodations for guest pets. (You are welcome to enjoy our two resident lap dogs.)
  • Supervised & well behaved children of all ages are welcome. No childcare is provided.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
  • Reservations are made with a 50% Deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. All payments made by check must be received at least seven days prior to check in.
  • Check in time is 4 - 6 p.m and Check out time is 11 a.m.
  • Cancellations: Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be provided if cancellation request is received at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are not refundable unless the room is rebooked.
