Chateauware Bed & Breakfast - Boones Mill, Virginia At Chateauware Bed & Breakfast, relaxed hospitality, comfortable rooms and a hearty country breakfast await you. We are centrally located between Ferrum College, Hollins College, Roanoke College and Virginia Tech. Stroll around quaint Boones Mill village nearby.

Fine dining, golf, big lake fishing, museums, farmers market, shopping and entertainment are an easy 25 minute drive away. Relax by our private pond, stroll in our woods and re-energize your soul in this beautiful natural setting.

Refreshments of homemade goodies and beverages of your choice are served during the evening.

All rooms have access to the recreation room in the manor house, equipped with satellite TV, computer, game table and beautiful views North, East and West.
Carriage House - Enjoy the unique luxury suite in a cottage style building. The upper floor consists of a large bedroom with balcony, living area with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and deck with gas grill. The balcony overlooks a private garden and a tranquil pond. $155 per night
Peck's Room - Located on the west side of the main building, Gran's room displays a gorgeous view of evening sunset over wooded mountain tops. This room has a queen size antique bed with deluxe amenities. $130 per night
Gran's Room - Wake up to a beautiful view of morning sunrise and a charming Virginia garden. The room is large with plenty of closet space and a queen size sleigh bed with luxury appointments. $130 per night

Policies

  • Smoking is only allowed on porches.
  • Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. Coffee is ready and available starting at 6:30 a.m.
  • Check-in times: 3:00-6:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
  • Cancellations: Unless there is a 5 day notice there will be a cancellation charge equal to one daily rate.
