• Daily rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Afternoon tea is served on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (or by prior arrangement.) Taxes and gratuities are not included.
• Tea room reservations are suggested for guests not staying at the Channel Bass Inn. Please call 1-757-336-6148.
• Additional person in room $20-$30.
• Full payment, either by credit card or personal cheque, is required to confirm your reservation.
• A 10-day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Should it not be possible to give ten days notice of cancellation, any refund will be based on our ability to re-rent the room. All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
