• Rates include full breakfast on weekends and continental self-serve on wekkdays.
• Rates do not include 5% Virginia sales tax and 5% Loudoun County occupancy tax.
• Rooms are single or double occupancy; Suite and cottage rates are 4-person occupancy.
• Additional persons: $25 per person per night.
• $35 surcharge for Saturday only stay in high season.
• Mid-week discounts available.
• Room rates subject to change without notice.
• Discounts available for extended stays.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm, earlier with prior arrangement. Check-out: noon.
• A single night's stay deposit required upon reservation, preferably by credit card although personal checks acceptable. Final payment due upon departure.
• Deposit returned if cancellation given with 10 days or more notice.
• Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival date, deposit forfeited unless we re-book the room(s) or you wish to apply it to a future stay.
• No shows charged the entire amount of reserved stay.
• Weekends during high season, special events, and holidays may require 2-night minimum stay.
• Responsible, parentally supervised children 8 or older welcome in main house.
• Children of any age welcome in cottage.
• Dogs and cats can be accommodated for a minimal fee by prior arrangement.
• Smoking is permitted in limited areas outside only, not including the pool area.
• Rates available for special events, with special discounts for non-profits, religious organizations, and government agencies.
