• We are happy to take reservations Online or by Phone at 434-566-2555. Reservations with Major Credit Card only.
• We do not charge a security deposit as it is our experience that our guests treat our facilities with the utmost care and respect. However, should damages occur, appropriate charges to repair or replace property will be charged to the credit card used to confirm your reservation.
• Current members of the military recieve a 10% discount on their total stay.
• Cancellation Policy:
  
  • There is a $20 Administration Fee for all cancelled reservations regardless of when the cancellation is made.
    
  • Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date will only be charged the Administration Fee. Cancellations made 7 to 1 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of first night's stay plus Administration Fee will be charged to your card.
    
  • For cancellations made under 24 hours or a No show / No call, full rate for one night plus Administration Fee will be charged to your credit card.
    
  • Reserving a room in your name assures you that the room will be held for you on the desired date. Your reservation assures us that the room has been rented. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, however we regret that exceptions to this policy cannot be made.

• The Blue Ridge Mountain Inn is not suitable for children or pets and is smoke-free.
