First Floor - Suite with spacious bedroom with queen-sized bed, private bath with tub and shower, living room with working fireplace and private entrance.
Rate: $135

Second Floor - Suite with bedroom with queen-sized bed, parlor with twin bed, private bath - $125. Bedroom with queen-sized bed; private bath - $100.

Two bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed, one with twin beds), two baths; full kitchen/dining/sitting room with working fireplace; living room. Dogs are allowed in the Kitchen Cottage. Available year round. Rate: $150 first night, $125 thereafter

• Single or double occupancy.
  
• Rates include full breakfast
  
• 7% sales and lodging taxes
  
• Additonal adults $20/night; children $10/night
• Two-night minimum reservation required. (This does not apply to former guests). And no drop-ins or same-day reservations.
• Winter Schedule: Main House closed. Kitchen Cottage open December-March with maid service and breakfast supplies provided. Bed & Breakfast operation resumes in March.
  
• No smoking indoors. The house is 200 years old and the fire department five miles away.
  
• The Main House is not recommended for small children. However, the Kitchen Cottage is designed for family use.
  
• The kitchen in the Main House may be used for preparation of picnics and snacks only. The Kitchen Cottage has fully equipped kitchen and dining facilities.
  
• Checking in: Rooms are usually ready by 3 o'clock. If you are arriving later than 6 o'clock, please call before 4 or note this when confirming your reservation.
  
• Checking out: If the room is reserved for the night after you leave, please be out by noon. Otherwise, we can be flexible.
  
• Payment: Cash or check.
  
• Cancellation Policy: Advance reservation with deposit required. If cancelled a week or more before the reserved date, deposit will be returned; thereafter, only if the unit can be filled at the regular rate.
  
• It is advisable to have dinner reservations in advance on weekends at local restaurants.
