Introduction

Castle Valley Inn sits amidst five acres of orchards, lawns, and fields in the heart of the American West.

Scenic grandeur dominates the horizon in every direction, including Porcupine Ridge (9.5 miles of 1000-foot high red sandstone cliffs),

... the red spires of Castle Rock and the Priest and Nuns formation, and the awesome tower of Parriot Mesa.

All these world class skylines are visible right from the Inn, allowing a casual walk through the orchards to become a truly unique sightseeing experience.

Both the Inn and the area offer plenty of activities and entertainment for the visitor.

A large collection of movies allows for quiet relaxation in-house.
The Colorado River, with it's many wonders and fierce whitewater sports, lies only a few miles away.
Mule deer and other wildlife roam the grounds, Arches National Park sits a few minutes drive up highway 128, and any direction at all is a good place to start a wilderness hike.
Hang gliding, world class mountain biking, river rafting, jeeping, cross-country skiing, landscape photography, archeology, flight-seeing, geology and sightseeing the Canyonlands National Park...to do it all, you may have to move here!

Moab, Utah...the nearest town...is a busy little place with many lodging and restaurant establishments along the main highway. There are no other lodging establishments or restaurants in the little bed room community of Castle Valley, however...this is a "secret hideaway" from the rest of the busy hub of Moab.
