Carmelized Bananas

2 1/2 teaspoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 peeled and diced orange
2 bananas, peeled and sliced round

Melt butter, sugar and cinnamon in a saute pan until it bubbles. Add orange and stir until syrupy. Add bananas and fry just until hot. Top with whip cream.
