The Nagle Warren Mansion was built by Erasmus Nagle in 1888. It is one of the few remaining fine homes built during the 1800s, when Cheyenne was the richest city, of its size, in the world. The mansion has many elegant features, suitable for its location on Cattle Baron's Row. The height of luxury, each guest room is unique and individually decorated with period antiques. Who We Are
In 1987, individuals from several Wyoming bed and breakfast/ranch recreation establishments met with Susan Rottman and Dr. Jeff Powell, both with the University of Wyoming's College of Agriculture. The meeting focused on ways to promote tourism in an agricultural setting. Wyoming Homestay and Outdoor Adventures (WHOA) grew out of their cooperative effort. WHOA, now open to all bed and breakfast inns and ranches in Wyoming, has seen its membership and influence expand steadily since then.
What We Do
WHOA believes a professional organization is essential to promote quality accommodations for the traveling public and to give owners of bed and breakfast inns and ranches a unified voice in dealing with outside agencies that influence our business.
