During your stay at the Hamilton House Bed and Breakfast, feel free to host small business meetings in the common areas. The dining room is available for private meetings of up to 20 people. Wireless connection, whiteboard, water, pens and paper provided for the convenience of your associates.

Conveniently located two hours from Chicago, one hour from Madison, Milwaukee and Kenosha, and 30 minutes from Lake Geneva. We have made several exceptions to our standard policies for the ease of our business travelers including: accepting American Express and a 24-hour cancellation policy for Sunday – Thursday reservations.

Extended Stay Business Rate

For the midweek business traveler staying four or more consecutive weeks, we have significantly reduced the nightly rate. By reducing select services offered we are able to offer the business traveler a rate of $58 per night. This rate does not include breakfast or daily housekeeping. Extended stay rate available in Manet or Renoir only. Must be paid in advance to qualify for extended stay rate.

Standard Business Rate

Rate based on the State reimbursement rate for lodging only and does not include breakfast. Rate is available for single occupancy reservations Sunday – Thursday, lodging only. Rate of $70 does not include breakfast. Business rate is available in the Manet room. Other select rooms may be offered depending on availability.

Midweek Business Discount

For the business traveler who prefers a room with added amenities to enhance their relaxation, we offer discounts on select rooms with whirlpools and/or fireplaces. These rooms do not have TV available. Discount available on select standard rooms as well. Discount is approximately 12% with breakfast, 20% with out breakfast.

Enjoy a leisurely afternoon with two one-hour in-room massages. We will arrange for reservations at a local restaurant for dinner and dancing. With a two-night reservation you will also receive a complimentary bottle of Champagne with logo ornament.
