Stewart Inn is the ideal venue for intimate Wisconsin weddings, wedding receptions, elopements, business meetings, retreats, family reunions, and so much more! Our goal is to make your event memorable, stress-free, and enjoyable. All events include the use of five guest accommodations for two nights (ten people total) and up to 60 people for the event itself.

The Great Escape The mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is an Arts and Crafts work of art designed by George W. Maher, a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright. Just a short walk from equally historic downtown Wausau and its attractions, we offer exceptional concierge service to vacation and business travelers alike. We are also pet-friendly.

Maher designed this outstanding mansion using quality woods, beautiful art glass and light fixtures, superb craftsmanship, and incredible architectural details...all still intact today - over 100 years later!
