This room has a beautiful view of Madison including the glowing State Capitol. Our most spacious suite is perfect for a romantic weekend. The whirlpool tub is a favorite spot to relax while looking out upon the countryside.

Policies
Reservations: To secure a reservation a valid credit card is required. Visa, Master-Card and Discover are accepted. When you arrive for your reservation you may pay by check, cash or credit card.
For holiday weekends only, there is a two night minimum for a reservation.
Room Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly. If you need to change or cancel please do so at least 10 days before arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Reservations canceled within 10 days of arrival will be subject to a charge to that credit card for the total amount of the booking unless we are able to re-book the room. No-shows will be billed for their entire visit. Cancellation requests MUST be made in writing or by email and must be confirmed in writing by The Token Creek Eco-Inn.
Reservations of multiple rooms are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Payment of the balance is due 30 days in advance of the first reserved day. Refunds are subject to our ability to re-book the rooms reserved.Workshop Cancellation Policy: In an effort to be fair to everyone involved, our cancelation policy is as follows:
Cancelation 14 or more days in advance = Full refund.
Cancelation less than 14 days = You may send someone to attend the workshop in your place, no credits or refunds.
Room Rates: Posted room rates at our inn do not include sales tax or room tax and are subject to change. Rates are for one or two persons in a room. An additional $50 per person, per night may be charged for additional guests in the room. Not all rooms will accommodate additional guests.Breakfast: A full breakfast is included in the room rate.
Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking Inn.
Children: Kids over 12 are welcome anytime. Younger children are welcome only when the entire Inn is booked by a group or by other special arrangement.
Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets: We are unable to accept pets at Token Creek Eco-Inn. There are cats that share the innkeepers private area of the Inn. You may see them when you are outside enjoying the grounds. Our egg-laying hens also love company!
Pet Boarding: If you would like to treat your pet to a get-away weekend while you are enjoying one, pet boarding is available just 2 miles from the Inn at Meyers Pet Care http://www.meyerspetcare.com/ or at nearby Aunt B’s http://auntbspetresort.com/ .
Check In: Check-in is after 4:00 pm. If you will arrive after 10:00 pm please make prior arrangements with us for Check-in. Please inform innkeepers when making reservation or by phone ahead of arrival time.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Later check-out can only be made available if housekeeping schedule allows for that day.
