Victorian Cottage Whirlpool Suite - $249
Love is always in season in our romantic and luxury whirlpool suite with unequaled privacy, space and comfort offering English Cottage charm, an oak hill view, large living area complete with couch, loveseat, chair, coffee table, corner Victorian-style fireplace, large TV/DVD, a luxury King bed with a pillow-top,  top-of-the-line Verlo mattress and a private attached Kohler bath. Very spacious - over 700 square feet of total space with an additional bedroom available.  Slip into something special …a whirlpool in a room of its own with a super-sized double Bain Ultra whirlpool tub, luxurious spa robes, a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. Victorian Cottage Group Suite - $249
Few bed and breakfasts offer a spacious group area suitable for 3,4,5,or 6 adults or children 12 or older in 3 beds (1 King plus 2 Queens). *Additional guests over 3 are $45 each.
Our spacious lower level offers English Cottage charm, an oak hill view, an oak hill view, large living area with couch, loveseat, chair, coffee table, corner Victorian-style fireplace, TV/DVD, pillow-top King bed and private attached Kohler bath. Includes a separate extra large bedroom with two Queen beds. 750 sq ft total area. 

Country Garden Room - $169
Imagine a country garden in full bloom and a riot of summer colors accented by cool blues and crisp white eyelet. This room is bright and sunny with great window views. A Verlo comfort-top Queen sized white iron bed, wicker chair and rocker, Victorian-style fireplace, decorative ceiling fan, roomy sink and private attached Kohler shower-tub bath await you. Our luxurious spa robes add to your comfort during your stay and are available for sale.

Rose Arbor Room - $159
Lavish roses and creamy lace capture the elegance and romance of the Victorian era. Wooded hillside views invite a hand-in-hand stroll, while an inviting Verlo comfort-top King-sized bed, an antique fainting couch, a Victorian-style vanity, roomy sink, decorative ceiling fan, private attached color Kohler shower-tub bath and our luxurious spa robes await you. The plush spa robes are available to buy in all sizes and 18 colors.

White Eyelet Room - $159
Our first floor room has soft blue colors with roses and white lace eyelet accents. A large turreted window seat offers sunset, garden and forest views. A full wall mirror complements the room and a Verlo comfort-top Queen-sized bed. Enjoy a Victorian-style fireplace at the foot of the bed. A decorative ceiling fan provides extra room comfort. Room includes a private attached Kohler bath with shower-tub combination. This room provides easy access for guests wishing to avoid stairs. Of course we include our luxurious spa robes for your enjoyment during your stay. Robes are available in numerous colors and various sizes for purchase.

Minimum Stays: We prefer a 2-night minimum on weekends (especially May thru October), during holidays, and during special occasions. We prefer the minimum stay to raising prices on weekends, holidays or special occasions. Rates: A 5.5% sales tax is added to prices. We have no room tax or parking fees. Rates are subject to change without notice.
FOR SECURITY, COMFORT AND PRIVACY of Registered Guests, we cannot give tours or allow unregistered visitors. Additional guests are $45 if approved by us in advance.
CHILDREN over 12 can be registered guests. A parent must accompany them at all times. Only our group suite is for 3 or more guests.

PAYMENT: Small inns are greatly affected by cancellations, thus each guest is important to us. Others are turned away when you agree to rent a room or rooms. Thus we have established a fair payment policy: 50% of rental (minimum 1-night charge) is due and payable when your rental is made, the balance is due at the end of your stay or rental agreement.  Payments are guaranteed by MasterCard, Visa or Discover.Full payment is required of group rentals when booked.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Refunds only apply if you cancel 14 days or more for initial single unit rental or 30 days or more for two or more group unit rentals prior to your scheduled arrival date; or if your room rental date(s) are re-rented. A $30 per room cancellation fee applies. No refunds apply to subsequent cancellations or no-shows.
CANDLES: Sorry, our insurance prohibits candle use. You pay for wax, fire or related damages.
Gift Certificates Are Available For All Occasions!  They are valid for 1 year for the amount of purchase - after that the price increase is added. 
SMOKE-FREE: Smoking is only permitted in or near your vehicle in the parking lot.
WEDDINGS: Sorry, we do not do weddings. We are the ideal getaway of the wedding couple or their family.
