Come to Pocahontas County for a wine tour that includes stops at arts & crafts, antique shops and great restaurants on your way to the vineyard.  We provide you with maps and directions for a full day of shopping and wine tasting! You can do the tour, shopping and restaurants in a half of the day with time to visit one of the other great attractions here.

Take a tour of the vineyards, the winery and then sit and enjoy a grape and cheese tray as you sample your favorite wines. Enjoy the wine tasting of a variety of wines offered by Watts Roost Vineyards!

In the evening, back at the Inn, gather around the campfire pit and enjoy the cool evenings, the warm reception from your hosts Larry and Paula and the hot coals of the campfire.

We provide a comfortable guestroom, full breakfast each morning, complete tour directions with a variety of stops along the way all for the price of the guestroom! Two nights minimum.

 The Cass Railroad Shay steam engines will be running up the mountain; the Durbin Rocket Excursion Train is set to pull out of the station and the Salamander is now up and running.

Come and stay with us, we will provide tickets to ride the Cass RR or the Durbin Rocket or the Salamander and we will provide a carry-on lunch to take with you on the train. Bring your camera for the scenic views you will encounter and a jacket for the cool temperatures (even in summer) you will experience at the top of the mountain.

Guests stay 2 nights, full breakfast each morning, lunch for 2 and 2 tickets to ride either train. Package prices start at $270 for mid-week and $335 for weekends. Call us for your times to ride the train and enjoy the beauty of Pocahontas County and we will have a package just for you!

Two night minimum. 

Trail biking, mountain biking, road biking or back country biking – it’s all here in north Pocahontas Country. You'll be distracted by the incomparable beauty of Pocahontas County, with 800 miles of trails over mountain peaks, across rivers and an occasional waterfall. The Greenbrier River Trail is a short 3 miles from our B & B and you can ride a bike to the Trail from here.

Bike and stay with us – we can provide for  your needs including a great place to sleep and an early hearty breakfast.

We can also - arrange for bikes delivered to you at the Trail; shuttle your car to your destination; fix a box lunch for your ride.

You enjoy the biking, we take care of all the arrangements.

Like to canoe or kayak instead? We can arrange for canoes/ kayaks for a great trip on the Greenbrier River.

Stay with us in May and June during mid-week, enjoy all the outdoor activities, including biking, hiking and sightseeing through the 5 state parks, Seneca State Forest and the Monongahela National Forest. OH, and by the way, some of the best stream trout fishing you will find anywhere.

Stay with us 2 nights Monday through Thursday and the second night is 1/2 price.
