Introduction
Read MoreWelcome to our classic American foursquare home situated on the lovely tree lined streets near Gonzaga University just minutes from Interstate 90. The Marianna Stoltz House has been a peaceful haven for travelers and visiting professionals for fifteen years. We are close to downtown for easy access to the Convention Center, Opera House, Ag Center, the Arena, shopping areas, and we are only four houses from the bus line. Built in 1908, this stately residence surrounded by century old trees displays the best craftsmanship of the day and is listed on the Spokane register of historic landmarks. Once inside, (after pausing on the wide wrap-around veranda), guests encounter high ceilings, oriental rugs, fir woodwork, leaded glass and shining maple floors. Inside, you have exclusive use of the spacious and elegant parlor, sitting and dining rooms, all furnished with oriental rugs and authentic period pieces.
