The CreeksideSoothing colors as soft as the Pacific mist surround you in more than 700-sq.ft. of complete privacy on the first floor. From the richness of matelasse linens to the laid-back comfort of Smith & Hawken resort chairs, this well-appointed suite features many special touches including a see-through wood-burning fireplace that is visible from either the king-size pillow top bed or the extra-deep soaking tub in the large, spa-aahh-like bathroom. There are separate His & Her vanities and a steam shower room with dual shower heads and built-in benches. French Doors open to a private deck overlooking the pond with its own patio table & chairs. In the evening, open your windows and listen to the babbling brook and a chorus of frogs. The MoonbeamColors as mystical as those in a wooded glen create a special aura. With five large skylights in its vaulted ceilings, the Moonbeam is truly magical at night. This suite occupies the entire East wing of the second floor and the lyrical sounds of cascading waters drift in your open windows. Bathed in sunlight, its rooms are bright and cheery on even the cloudiest day (thankfully few and far between here in sunny Sequim). This spacious and luxurious 550-sq.ft. suite has a wood-burning fireplace, cozy sitting area, and a writer's alcove and desk for penning your next novel or a postcard home. The private bath also features a vaulted ceiling, skylight, and enchanting seaside motif. The Moonbeam Suite is a wonderfully secluded and romantic getaway that is like having your own private tree house hidden in the forest. The Sunnyview With its French-country bed, refined cottage furniture, and original artwork, the Sunnyview exemplifies summer romance all year long. Decorated in watercolor hues of lavender, sage, and lemon, this cheery suite with vaulted ceilings offers nearly 600-sq.ft. of casual sophistication and occupies the entire West wing of the second floor. There's a wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings, a luxurious king-size pillow top bed, and a charming window seat alcove provides a comfortable spot to get lost in the inspiring scenery (or snuggle in when skies are gray). The delightful private bath with its crisp garden theme is full of natural light thanks to a window that takes great advantage of the lofty view. The lovely vessel-style sink has a "Zen-like" simplicity that completes this restful retreat. The Hideaway On Quail LakeElegant French doors open to a covered porch where you can stretch out on soft chaises and bask in the warm afternoon sun. Another set of French doors open to an intimate little deck with peaceful views of Quail Lake. Framed by a wall of East-facing windows that capture dappled morning sunlight through the pine trees, the stunning black granite fireplace is the focal point of the room. An exotic King-size bed of carved ebony takes full advantage of the peaceful view. In the evening, open the windows and let the gentle sounds of the creek and forest lull you to sleep. The romantic mood continues in the exquisite bath with large skylight and garden window, Italian stone & tile, His & Her sinks, a corner jetted tub for two and separate walk-in shower. The Hideaway also features a Bistro Kitchenette with dining table & chairs, custom cabinets & slab granite counters, stainless steel microwave, under-counter frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle & toaster-perfect for longer stays where you might not want to cook meals, but would still like to stash some snacks, a bottle of wine, or the makings of a picnic.
The Hideaway is also our most private accommodation making it the ideal choice for a simply sublime honeymoon or special Anniversary getaway.
