This magnificent 14,000 sq ft 1914 Tudor Revival mansion on Seattle's original Millionaires' Row is centrally located on Capitol Hill, a block south of Volunteer Park, the crown jewel of the Seattle Parks system. You will be a short walk from restaurants and shops on Broadway, or even closer to 15th Avenue East. Downtown is a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride away. Minutes by bus, car or taxi to the waterfront, Pike Place Market, Seattle Center (Space Needle, Experience Music Project, etc), University of Washington, all major Seattle hospitals and medical centers, museums, music venues and much more!

Owners Ana Lena Melka and Mark Mayhle purchased the property in 2004 and have done a million-dollar restoration to maintain the feeling and charm of yesteryear with infrastructure and amenities suited to the 21st century.

From I-5 Northbound (eg, from SeaTac airport) take the Olive Way exit. Follow Olive across Broadway (it turns into John). Turn left at the stoplight on 12th Avenue E and proceed to the 4-way stop at E Aloha. Turn right and go 2 blocks to 14th Avenue E and E Aloha. We are on the NW corner.

From I-5 Southbound, take the Harvard/Roanoke exit. Turn left on Roanoke, across the freeway. Turn right on 10th Avenue E and proceed through several lights to the light at E Aloha. Turn left and go 5 blocks up the hill to 14th Avenue E and E Aloha. We are on the NW corner.

From SR520 Westbound (Evergreen Point Floating Bridge) take the I-5 N/Roanoke exit toward Vancouver BC. Take the Roanoke/Harvard exit and turn right onto E Roanoke. Turn right on 10th Avenue E and proceed through several lights to the light at E Aloha. Turn left and go 5 blocks up the hill to 14th Avenue E and E Aloha. We are on the NW corner.
