    Below you can see the two rooms we offer. The "Sound View" room - has an astounding view of the Puget Sound, a private entrance, private bathroom, jetted Jacuzzi tub, queen bed, microwave, ice maker, refrigerator, DVD, VCR, cable TV, hair dryer, magnifier mirror, ironing board, desk, wifi, and access to the deck.

    The "Garden View" room - is much larger with a private entrance, private bathroom, king bed, dining area, desk, fireplace, wifi, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, radiant heating, mood lighting, HD LCD TV with premium cable service, hair dryer, magnifier mirror, ironing board and access to the deck.

    We are 4 miles from the Seatac Airport and 9 miles from downtown Seattle, but you won't hear any city noise here! We are in a quiet cul-de-sac deep in the park a mile from any busy streets. We are a mile from the bus line that takes you to downtown Seattle with no transfers and 4 miles from the lite rail system. Parking is free!

    Rates & Policies DEPOSITS:
    • $25 Non Refundable fee for processing and receiving a Confirmation Letter.
    • This $25 dollars will be credited back to your account when checking in.
    CANCELLATIONS:
    • If you cancel within 7 days prior to your stay, or area a no show, your credit card will be charged for the full amount unless another guest can be secured for that time period. There are no refunds on early departures.
    RULES AND REGULATIONS:
    • Check in time is 3:00PM. You can check you bags in early - call us.
    • If you are arriving at a later time let us know so we can be here for you.
    • Check out time is 11:00AM.
    • Gourmet hot breakfast is served at 8:30AM
    • Cold breakfast can be arranged for early departures.
    • NO open flames or candles allowed in the house.
    • NO heavy drinking. If you become drunk you will be asked to leave.
    • NO SMOKING in the house. There are areas outside with ashtrays.
    • NO Pets are allowed and none live here at Eagles View B&B.
    • NO Children unless they are at least 10 years old.
    • The Sound View room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
    • The Garden View room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
