Enjoy Seattle lodging at its best! The Bacon Mansion has 11 stately guest rooms, ranging from a cozy hideaway to a spacious suite. All accommodations at our inn are furnished with cotton waffle cloth robes, hair dryers, clock radio, cable television, water and wine glasses, corkscrew, two-inch wood Venetian blinds, down comforter, glycerin soap, conditioning shampoo, telephone. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no additional charge. We are confident that the comfort, quality, and service at the Bacon Mansion will make you glad that you didn’t pick a chain hotel to stay in while in Seattle. You may book online, though we still like to personally speak with all of our guests when reserving rooms. We want to insure that you are reserving the room that best fits your desires and needs and that you understand our cancellation and check-in policies. We do our best to stay current on all email reservation requests. 
The Capitol SuiteThis gigantic second floor suite with private bath boasts a large pine king-size bed with a queen Empress bed in the adjacent sun room. There is a queen hideaway sleeper in front of a beautiful, warm fireplace. This room has finely appointed pine and oak woods and comfortable sofas and wing back chairs. There is an I-Home unit for your use in addition to a second sink, fridge and microwave in the sun room. The abundant mirrors, warm sunlight, lush Japanese maples outside the numerous windows, and the mansion's original glass French doors, make this suite truly a grand experience. Easy access to the second floor balcony is down the hallway. Early coffee and tea service is available right outside room on landing.
Rate Range: $159 to $234 double occupancy plus tax of 9.5%. The difference is based on mostly the season and/or holidays and demand and number of beds in use. Extra person is $20 for 3rd and $10 for the 4th and so on.

The Carriage LoftThe old chauffeur's residence, the Loft has a beautiful queen bed, tiled private bath with a shower and walk-in closet to provide a quiet retreat on the second floor of the Carriage House. Guests enter this room though a private entrance through the gardens off the patio. On the landing at the top of the stairs is a dresser, small fridge and coffee pot maker all set up for you to push the button for your morning coffee. Rate Range: $119 to $164 double occupancy plus tax of 9.5%. The difference is based on mostly the season and/or holidays and demand.
*Note: The Carriage Suite is part of the Carriage House. The Carriage House consists of two separate rooms that can be connected through a double locked door at the bottom of the stairs. See the Carriage Suite as well. Ideal for families or two couples traveling together.

The Clipper RoomRich, dark woods in a clipper ship motif insure a peaceful night's rest. This second floor stateroom is fully equipped with a queen bed and private bath with shower. This is a bright room on the northwest corner of the house and has nice views of the craftsman and Tudor houses across the residential street. Easy access to the second floor balcony is just a few steps down the hallway. Early coffee and tea service right outside room on landing.

The Emerald SuiteTiled floors of green and white, large tiled bath with corner shower and claw foot tub, and a queen sleigh bed are just the highlights of this enormous and quiet suite beneath the main floor. In addition to the large fireplace in front of a leather full size hide-a-away sleeper, the room is bathed in afternoon light as it filters through the Japanese maples into the west facing windows. Enjoy early coffee and tea service right outside your room on the landing that has a fridge and microwave for your use. Adjacent to the Fountain and Garden Rooms.

The Cabin Room Enjoy your private quarters in the ship's cabin. This cozy hideaway, nestled high in a third floor dormer, has a queen bed situated right under the window for a perch above the neighborhood. The bathroom, which is shared with the Iris Room, is right next to the room. These two are the only rooms on the third floor and are ideal for guests looking for a lower rate with the same experience as the other rooms, with respect to use of the main floor and patio. Rate Range: $99 to $129 double occupancy plus tax of 9.5%. The difference is based on mostly the season and/or holidays and demand.
The Carriage Suite The main floor of the Carriage House has a large queen bed, private bath with large walk-in tiled shower. The leather full-size hide-a-way sleeper and dining area are surrounded by the timbers and doors of the original Carriage House. The room also has a separate sink by the dining room table with some dishes, coffee pot all set up ready to go, fridge and microwave for light meal preparation. This room is designed to be handicapped accessible, as there are no stairs to it. Right in front of the room is a table with umbrella that feels like an outdoor extension of the room. There are a two steps and a threshold to enter into the main house. Rate Range: $129 to $174 double occupancy plus tax of 9.5%. The Fountain Room An Italian Fountain on the patio seen through the window is the backdrop for this large room beneath the mansion's main floor. Grey and burgundy complement the wrought iron queen and twin day beds, while comfortable wing-back chairs and a private bath with standard tub/shower create a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy early coffee and tea service right outside your room on the landing that has a fridge and microwave for your use. Adjacent to the Emerald and Garden Rooms. The Garden Room Tucked below the main floor of the mansion, with a second sink in-room and private bath with standard tub/shower, lies this cheerful bedchamber. A wash of spring colors inside and out, a queen bed, and space for a third using the daybed will make your stay special. Enjoy early coffee and tea service right outside your room on the landing that has a fridge and microwave for your use. Adjacent to the Emerald and Fountain Rooms. The Iris Room Soft lavenders, delicate flowers and sunlight capture this bright and cheerful third floor dormer room. A charming queen bed, two chairs, dresser and end tables insures a home-like rest. The bathroom, which is shared with the Cabin Room, is about seven steps from the room. These two are the only rooms on the third floor and are ideal for guests looking for a lower rate with the same experience as the other rooms, with respect to use of the main floor and patio. The Rose Room Known formally as the "Maid's Quarters," though originally the nursery, this warm second floor room will lighten your stay with beautiful materials, large windows overlooking the patio and fountain, a private bath and shower in the room and queen bed. Easy access to the second floor balcony is just a few steps down the hallway. Early coffee and tea service right outside room on landing. Rate Range: $114 to $159 double occupancy plus tax of 9.5%. The Venetian Room Fine European influence distinguishes this second floor room with its carved bird's-eye maple queen bed, dresser and desk set, and big tiled private bath. The large free standing pedestal tub (with shower curtain and plumbed shower head), bright sunlight from south and east facing windows, and second floor location make the most of this classical renaissance chamber. Easy access to the second floor balcony is just a right outside the room. Early coffee and tea service right outside room on landing. Rate Range: $124 to $169 double occupancy plus tax of 9.5%. To make your stay as smooth as possible at the Bacon Mansion, we have provided information about our B&B rates and policies. We know your Seattle getaway will be unforgettable when you choose to stay with us. Our current rate range is $99 to $234 (double occupancy) and vary based on many factors, including; specific room, date/season, number of guests in room, and of course availability. You may "check availability" or call or send us an email for a quote with regard to your specific travel plans. Our tax rate is only 9.5%, much less than hotels downtown(15.6%). Though you may reserve securely online, we still like (during business hours) to personally speak with all of our guests when reserving rooms to insure that you are reserving the room that best fits your desires and needs and you understand our cancellation and check-in policies. If you have specific concerns or questions at that point, we can answer them so your experience meets your expectations. We make every effort to stay current on all email reservation requests, usually within a couple hours. Rates and Policies - There are certain minimum stay requirements in effect for most weekends, holidays and June through September. Never hurts to ask though, as we often have rooms open for just one night and will be happy to give you a quote.
- A minimum seven-day advance notice is required for cancellations; for cancellations in less than 7 days, the guest is responsible for each night the room remains vacant.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted and required for a reservation.
- Please be reminded that smoking is allowed on the outside porches and patios only.
- Check-in time is 3PM to 5PM or by appointment. We are flexible and happy to accommodate your specific arrival but different check-in times should be arranged in advance.
- Check out time is 11AM.
