    Seattle's most elegant and romantic little Inn, Chelsea Station Inn B&B has penthouse sized lodging at a very accommodating price. Enjoy approximately 900 square feet in each suite arranged as two "wings" per floor, with full sized living room, dining room, powder room, kitchen and deluxe master suite in each "wing'. To spend a night or a month at "Chelsea" is to surround yourself in a world of luxury not commonly found at this price point. Each suite sleeps up to four, and breakfast is served to your room or in the Innkeepers' quarters every morning. We are a premier short or long stay location!

    Policies

    • The Chelsea Station Inn is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
    • We require a deposit equal to half of the total stay upon booking, with the balance taken at check-out.
    • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 15 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation for a full refund of your deposit.
    • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fifteen (15) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made as follows:
      • Cancellation fifteen days or more prior to check in = full refund of deposit
      • Cancellation fourteen - seven days prior to check in = Half of the total stay is charged.
      • Cancellation six days or less prior to check in = total stay amount will be charged.
      • If you must check out early, you will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the days originally booked.
      • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
      • A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.*
      • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
      • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
      • Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
      • No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
      • Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
