San Juan Suite (sleeps 10 maximum)

This spacious (1650 sq. ft.) three bedroom, two bath "home" is full of old world charm including hardwood floors, a formal dining room with elegant crystal chandelier and leaded glass built-ins, and a cozy woodstove in the large family room. Off the dining room, is a large eat-in kitchen. The suite also boasts a well tuned piano for your enjoyment. The San Juan suite sleeps a large family or is perfectly suited for several couples traveling together. This suite is accessible from ground level and features two baths - one with a tub and a second with a walk-in shower. The 35' private deck is accessible to the barbecue and hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the partial views of town, the port, and the harbor. $240 - $395

Lopez Suite (sleeps 8 maximum)

Enjoy exquisite views of the islands, harbor, port and town from this second floor two bedroom suite. The four room Lopez Site has nearly 800 sq. ft. complete with a living room and full kitchen. The windows, sky light, and viewing-deck enhance the bright, open feel of this beautiful suite. $180 - $320

Orcas Suite (sleeps 4 maximum)

Nicknamed our 'honeymoon suite', the Orcas Suite enjoys exquisite views of the water, sunrise and sunset, marine labs, and outer islands. The deck features a private hot tub. Complete with fireplace, mini-kitchen, private bath with jetted tub, and tasteful furnishings, this roomy suite is the perfect romantic hideaway. $160 - $275

Shaw Suite (sleeps 4 maximum)

This cozy studio suite decorated in a nautical theme features a full kitchen equipped with a Jenn Air cook top, microwave and convection oven. It has a private bath with a walk-in shower, an elevated platform bed, and a day bed that opens up into two twin beds. This suite is easily accessible from the parking lot. $130 - $195

Roche Harbor Cottage (sleeps 4 maximum)

The Roche Harbor Cottage is a one bedroom suite situated in a separate building with its own private entrance across from the main house. It offers a light and airy galley kitchen, living room with fireplace, and private hot tub off the back deck. The front deck overlooks the beautiful wild-flower and winter annuals garden. $165 - $275

Shaw Suite

This warm cozy ground floor studio, decorated in a nautical theme, features a full kitchen equipped with a Jenn Air cook top, microwave and convection oven. There are a private bath with walk-in shower, a queen feather top bed, and a day bed that opens up into two twin beds, one with a feather top, and DVD player. This suite is perfect for families or travelers on a budget, a few singles, or as an overflow suite for large groups.  This is a pet-friendly suite.

Policies

• Reservations are advised and require a one night deposit.
• Stays of three or more days require a 50% deposit.
• Check-in: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
• Check-out: 11 a.m.
• Please contact us should you need to make changes to the posted policies for scheduling your check in or check times.
• We're glad to store your bags while you enjoy your first or last precious hours on our lovely island.
• Minimum stay during summer and holidays is 2 nights. This is waived for last minute bookings.
• Cancellations: We offer a 24 hour courtesy hold on your reservation. If you cancel your reservation anytime after the courtesy hold period, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of your first night's stay. Minimum $25.
• Cancellations within 30 days of travel forfeit the deposit unless we rebook the suite. Cancellations for stays of 3 nights or more within 14 days of travel are responsible for the entire booking unless we can re-rent the suite.
• Cancellations within 7 days of travel are responsible for the entire booking unless we can re-rent the room.
• Transportation: Though we are only a block and a half from the ferry, please advise us upon booking if you require assistance with transportation. We also offer pick-up service from Friday Harbor Airport - about a mile from the Inn.
• Concierge Service: Explore the island's offerings on your own or have us gladly arrange your adventures. You may want to consider a day of kayaking, scenic flights, hikes, biking, or fishing. San Juan island also offers scuba diving, whale watching, golfing, shopping, the theatre, real estate touring, and fine dining, just to name a few of the exciting possibilities!
• Children: Because of the privacy our suites offer, children are welcome. We have cribs and pack and plays for infants. Please let us know that you will require one when making you reservation.
• Pets: We are pet-friendly. Please discuss this with us when making your reservation.
• Smoking: All of our suites are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the patio or in the gardens.
• Groups: We welcome the opportunity to host your retreat, seminar, wedding or family reunion. With advance planning, the entire facility may be privately reserved.
