- 2 PM by chance is an early check in and we will do our best to accommodate.

- Late Check Outs must be confirmed by management
- Posted Rates are based on 2 people - additional guests are $15.00 per person per day.
- Only Registered Guests are allowed at the cabins. Any deviation must be confirmed by management.
- Non-Smoking
- Sorry pets are not allowed.
- Children need to be ten years of age and older in the cabins
- Cancellations:
- 1 - 2 night bookings- 15 days notice cancellation Fee $50.00 if outside of 15 days
- 1 - 14 days 50% cancellation fee unless the entire reservation is re-booked.
- 3 night bookings- 20 days notice and 50% deposit may be required in advance by check or money order.
- Cancellation Fee $50.00 outside of 20 days
- 1 - 19 days - 50% Cancellation Fee unless the entire reservation is re-booked.
- 4 nights or more 30 days notice and 50% payment by check or money order required when booking 21 days or more in advance.
- Less than 21 days the deposit will be charged to Credit Card at the time of booking reservation.
- Minimum fee $100.00
- Changing/ Rescheduling Reservation Dates is considered a cancellation inside of cancellation policy in most cases.
- All cancellations must be confirmed with a cancellation # by Jasmer’s Rainier Cabins!
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the dates are re- rented or at management's discretion.
- Sorry, no refunds for Early Departures or Power Failure.
- Minimum Stays/Peak Season:
- Holiday Weekends: Cabins and Vacation Rentals are a 3 night minimum
- Fireplace Rooms are a 2 night minimum
- Peak Season: June 25 - September 5 and through the Christmas Period
- Cabins are a 3 - 5 night minimum
- Fireplace Rooms 2 night minimum
- Occasionally less nights are available - please email using our Online Availability Request form.
- On occasions more nights are required if we are filling in dates that are space available.
- All Reservations require a guaranteed valid Visa or MasterCard with Expiration Date
- All Cabin Reservations require a Policy/Damage deposit Authorization on Credit Card at Check- in
- Generally 1 - 2 nights is a credit card guarantee.
- 3 nights may require a 50% deposit.
- 4 nights or more requires a 50% deposit in the form of check or money order when booked 21 days in advance. Less than 21 days will be charged 50% at the time of booking. Minimum fee $100.00
- Outside the USA other arrangements apply.

- We reserve the right to charge a damage, cleaning, and smoking deposit subject to the amount of stay & evict violators of policies without refund, and to require a minimum stay other than stated above on any property anytime.
