The Lincoln SuiteA true Presidential Suite. Indulge yourself with its king size feather topped four poster bed, the his and her private baths, plush robes, and lets not forget, the Ford’s theatre sitting room where you can sit back and relax or break out the travel guide and plan your next Colonial Williamsburg adventure. Room Rates: $155 - $205
Whether it is the sun peeking about the curtains onto the mahogany paneled queen size bed or the spacious private bath... this is one of our most requested rooms. A Love Seat sleeper sofa as well as a Wing back chair in the sitting room, plush presidential robes, bathtub and shower, period pieces and historic art prints throughout, had we been here back in the days when George was strolling about... there’s no doubt in our mind, where he’d be staying. Room Rates: $140-$189 per night 
Washington Suite
Teddy Roosevelt SuiteTruly one of the greatest presidents deserves a special set of rooms... the Roosevelt suite, located on the third floor, attempts to capture turn of the century America at its best... a lover of the train travel and avid reader, Teddy would be proud of our lush queen sized feather topped rail road style berth as well as the rooms built in book cases filled with a wide variety of literature... plush robes, private bath with shower, and of course a comfortable sitting room complete with love seat sleeper sofa, wing back chair and Roosevelt memorabilia. Room Rates: $140 - $189 per night
This carriage style room is situated in the East Wing, on the first floor, of this Historic Williamsburg Bed and Breakfast. You can enjoy the privacy of your own entrance to the outside. Inside you will find a beautiful hand carved Queen Size Canopy Bed. Your private bath includes a tub and shower and is surrounded in blue toile. Room Rates: $130 - $175 per night

Adams Bed ChambersEnjoy the elegance of this quiet, serene second floor guest room in the West Wing, offering a beautiful King Size hand carved canopy bed surrounded in black and white toile, Queen Anne chairs and cable TV. Relax and read or just enjoy the view of the garden. A Full bathroom with tub/shower combination is beautifully matched in Black and white toile. Room Rates: $185 - $219 per night
This first floor bedroom in the West Wing, offers a great combination of WWII and Hollywood Era. Enjoy a king size sleigh bed surrounded in red and gold fabrics. The Sitting area offers 2 Retro Gold chairs with a Flat Screen TV to relax in after a day of history or shopping. A Full Bathroom with tub/shower combination continues the room’s theme. The FDR Suite — In addition to the main FDR Bed Chamber bedroom, this suite also offers the Eleanor Roosevelt Bedroom with a king size bed. With two lovely adjoining bedrooms, you can enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom while vacationing with your family. Great for families with teen children, older parents, girlfriend getaways, or friends traveling together. Each room has hardwood floors, king size sleigh bed, TV, and phone. FDR Bed Chamber: $175-$219 per night

FDR Bed ChambersPolicies - Room Rates of our fine Williamsburg lodging include breakfast, afternoon sweets and wine…our rates are based on two person occupancy and they are subject to change without notice.
- If you should be using any form of payments other than credit card or cash, we need to be notified at time of booking your Williamsburg lodging.
- Reservations require a Credit Card for deposit. Upon reservation confirmation, a one night advance deposit will be billed to your credit card. Should your stay encompass three or more nights, a deposit of one half your total balance will be charged.
- Check in time is between 3-6pm. Any variation must be confirmed PRIOR to your arrival.
- Check out time is 11:00am
- Two night minimum stay on weekends.
- Three night minimum stay for holiday and special event weekends.
- Sorry, no pets
- The White House is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in the White House at all times but of course …you can enjoy a smoke on the grounds outside.
- Unfortunately… we are unable to accommodate any future members of Congress under the age of 14

- Our Cancellation Policy:
- Once your deposit is received, be assured your Willliamsburg lodging accommodations will be ready and awaiting your arrival. It also insures the White House staff that the room(s) are sold on the dates specified. As our guest, rooms are limited, cancellations obviously adversely affect us. When a last minute cancellation occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize... but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation requirements.
- A change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 30 days in advance will result in our refunding your deposit, less $25. Administration fee.
- All December bookings, grand illuminations and special events are non refundable. Once your reservation has been placed and confirmed, you will be responsible for the entire balance due should you need to change or cancel your reservation for any reason.
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in no refund being given ( regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure.) and you will be charged the total amount due. Should we be able to rebook your entire stay, you will only incur the $25 cancellation fee.
- All reservations for multiple room reservations are not refundable. Any cancellations or changes once the reservation has been confirmed will be charged the total amount due.
