This enchanting retreat is isolated from the main house and is ideal for a Williamsburg honeymoon, an anniversary, or any special or romantic occasion. The beautifully decorated, spacious suite (20’ by 20’) features a King-size canopy bed, Jacuzzi tub for two, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors with oriental rugs and a sitting area.   • The Tyler Room

    The Tyler RoomEnter a Colonial setting. This room, named after our tenth President, John Tyler, offers a quiet respite from the day's activities. It features a cherry pencil post queen bed, cherry wood furnishings, and is decorated in blue Mount Vernon toile. The room has hardwood floors, Oriental rug, cable TV, and private bath with glass-enclosed shower-tub.

  • The Jefferson Room

    The Jefferson RoomA perfect getaway. This great room emphasizes a King size bed and a spacious private bath with a whirlpool tub and separate, oversized glass-enclosed shower with room enough for two. The Jefferson Room's cherry and mahogany furnishings are enriched by hues of blue, gold and red. The room has hardwood floors, Oriental rug, and cable TV. Hanging prominently is a beautiful picture of the grounds of the University of Virginia, the university that Thomas Jefferson designed.

    The Monroe RoomExperience the romance. Chinese red walls, black cannonball queen bed and black and white toile fabrics -- the Monroe room is refreshing and charming. Named after our fifth President, James Monroe, this room overlooks the front flower garden and boxwood walk. The morning sun adds a burst of energy to the room. The room features hardwood floors, Oriental rug, cable TV, and private bath with glass-enclosed shower.

  • Reservations & Policies...

    Our comfortable rooms are decorated with tasteful Colonial Williamsburg colors and are enhanced with rich cherry and mahogany furnishings. Each bed is adorned with luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linens. The rooms are named after United States Presidents who attended the College of William and Mary and feature king/queen beds, hardwood floors, Oriental rugs, cable TVs, clock radios/CD players, and private baths--two with whirlpool tubs. The newly renovated, pristine bathrooms highlight all of the modern conveniences, yet each bath maintains its own unique look with features like custom cabinetry accented with marble tops.

    • Rates Info: Two night minimum on weekends. All rates are daily per room for one or two persons. Arrangements are possible on limited basis for extra person in room -- add $35.
    • Check In: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (exceptions made in advance, please).
    • Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
    • Deposit: Reservations for more than one night are guaranteed with a fifty percent (50%) deposit by check or credit card. For one night accommodations, payment must be made in full. Our policy requires payment in full for reservations made less than 15 days of date of arrival. Checks must be received within one week of making reservations.
    • Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, Travelers Cheques.
    • Cancellation Policy: Credit or refund if notified 30 days in advance less $25 cancellation charge. If less notice, credit or refund depends on ability to rebook your room. Service charge of $25 for cancellation/rebooking changes.
    • Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates available upon request. Great for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and tokens of appreciation.
    • Full Breakfast: Served at 8:30 a.m.
    • Parking: Off-street parking available at the Inn. Leave your car and walk to nearby restaurants, sites, and churches.
    • Other: Please, no smoking, pets or children.
