- Heritage House is a traditional Bed & Breakfast with 5 guest rooms. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly.
- Last minute cancellations leave us little opportunity to fill the space. We adhere to the "Standard Cancellation Policy" for the B&B industry.
- Your reservation is guaranteed with your Credit Card.
- If you cancel or reschedule prior to 2 weeks of your stay, a $25 plus tax processing fee per room, per night will be charged to your account.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 2 weeks of your stay, your card will be charged in full.
- For the safety of our guests, Heritage House B&B is a smoke-free / candle-free establishment.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people.
- We host children 14 years of age and older.
- No pets, please. Also, we have a small resident dog who can be easily removed to another location upon request. (We promise, we won't take it personally. He might, but we won't!)
