Sugar Tree Country - This premium 2nd floor Lodge room features a King bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, VCR and double whirlpool tub across from the wood burning stone fireplace. It has a shower in the bathroom and features a full mountain view. $198

Tye River - This 2nd floor, warm, romantic room features a King bed, wood burning stone fireplace, VCR, and vaulted ceiling with a fan. It has a traditional tub/shower bath and a limited mountain view. $178

Crabtree Falls - This room features a King bed, wood burning stone fireplace, and VCR. It has a traditional tub/shower bath and is conveniently located on the main floor with a limited mountain view. $168

This two bedroom “apartmentâ€Â is located beside our Little St. Mary’s creek down from the Main Lodge. It features a Queen bed in the first bedroom, a double and twin in the second bedroom and a full size, pull out futon in the living room. It has a traditional tub/shower bath, living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It features a wood burning stove, VCR, and an outside sitting deck to enjoy the sights & sounds of our creek. Children under 12 are welcome here. Breakfast in the Lodge will be included for adults and well behaved children over 12. $178 for two people. $25 extra for each additional person.

Maury River - Named for our local mountain pass river, this upstairs room features a four poster curtained bed with antique step stools, vaulted ceiling with fan, and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a traditional tub/shower bath and a sitting deck with a forest view. $148

Appalachian - Named for our beautiful Appalachian Mountains, this upstairs, premium two room suite features a Queen bed and VCR. The sitting room has a vaulted ceiling with fan, loveseat, and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a single whirlpool bath and small deck with a forest view. $178

Shenandoah - Saluting the Shenandoah Valley this downstairs, premium two room suite features a King bed, VCR and ceiling fan. The separate sitting room has a twin day bed and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a single whirlpool bath, and an extended sitting deck with swing facing the forest. $198

Sugar Trees Log House is perfect when you are looking for the feel of a rustic retreat at a real Virginia country inn. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of VA, the Log House features queen bedrooms, forest view decks and wood burning fireplaces to complete the rustic atmosphere.

Goshen Pass - Named for a nearby mountain pass, this upstairs room features a Queen bed and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a standard tub/shower bath and an outside deck facing the Lodge. $148

Skyline - Named for one of our parkway drives, this upstairs room features a Queen bed and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a traditional tub/shower bath and an outside deck facing the Lodge. $148

Cyrus McCormick - Saluting Rockbridge County’s local hero, this downstairs room offers a Queen bed and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a traditional tub/shower bath and an outside deck facing the forest. $148

Rockbridge - Named for our historic county, this room features a Queen bed and wood burning stone fireplace. It has a traditional tub/shower bath and an outside deck facing the forest. $148

Saluting the St. Marys Wilderness, this new premium cabin is a unique timber frame building built with historic logs from PA. It features a King bed, gas stove fireplace and large sitting area. To compliment this cabin is a large luxurious bathroom with double whirlpool tub and a separate shower. It also features two private decks, one of which surrounds you in the forest. $248

• Reservations: Generally, weekend reservations require a two night minimum. Please call to see if a one night stay is available.
• Calls: From 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST.
• Deposits and Cancellations: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one night’s deposit. We prefer checks but do accept Visa and Mastercard.
• Refunds, less a $25 processing fee will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable or transferable unless we rebook the room.
• Children: Sugar Tree is most appropriate for adults; however we do accommodate responsible children over 12.
• Dining: A full country breakfast for two is included with the room rates. Dinner is available Friday & Saturday with advance reservations. Our dining room can accommodate well behaved children over 12.
• Pets: We no longer accomodate pets.
• Smoking: All of our buildings & rooms are now Smoke-Free. You may smoke, but only on the decks and porches. We have provided ashtrays for you to use.
• Check-In and Out: Check in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11 AM.
• Payments: We accept personal checks, cash, Visa and Mastercard.
