Grace Manor Inn is at the heart of the Historic Fan District of Richmond, Virginia, one block from Monument Avenue and walking distance to many restaurants and museums. The Capitol area, VCU, University of Richmond, and the Greater Richmond Convention Center are all within five miles of the Inn. For the theater lover, the Landmark Theater, Richmond Symphony and Virginia Opera are also only a short drive away.

Grace Manor Inn has four large two-room suites with private baths, each individually decorated with treasures from the past, and conveniences of today. Three formal parlours, 3-course gourmet breakfast, an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, high-speed internet plus a business center ensure you have the room and amenities for both work and play. When you enter The Grace Manor Inn the first thing you notice are the spectacular tall ceilings and the amazing decorative crown moldings throughout the first floor. To the right of the front entrance is the Music room, which features several cozy seating areas and a baby grand piano. To the left of the front entrance is the Front Parlor, which also features several comfortable seating areas. There is plenty of space to stretch out and get comfortable in this 7500 square foot mansion. Through the Music Room the Dining Room can be entered through the stunning 10-foot tall pocket doors, which are original to the house. The Dining Room is also adorned with an original red Tiffany chandelier. Each morning guests are treated to a sumptuous gourmet breakfast featuring 3 courses and complimentary Mimosas and Bellinis.

At the side and rear of the property, guests have access to the beautifully landscaped rear gardens and saltwater swimming pool & patio. Guest can make themselves comfortable in several outdoor seating areas and listen to the cascading waters from our shear descent waterfall as you enjoy a good book in one of the chaise lounge chair poolside.

The Grace Manor Inn offers four suites all appointed with queen-sized beds. All suites feature comfortable seating rooms and private baths.

Budget? We at the Grace Manor Inn understand you may have a tight budget to stick to. We make allowances for our business travelers and have a reduced rate for single occupancy Sunday though Thursday evenings.

Visiting Richmond on business? Our location is perfect, located just minutes from downtown or The West End. We are less than 1 mile from both I-95 or I-64 and just 15 minutes for the airport.

As for amenities, we've done a lot of business travel ourselves, and we understand what's important to you. We have installed high speed FIOS Internet access in all guest suites and even have a laptop computer you can use. You'll find that we're particularly sensitive to your needs and have installed the precise combination of amenities to make your stay in Richmond as successful as possible.

Each morning, guests of the Inn enjoy a three-course, gourmet breakfast. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room, which is adorned with an original red Tiffany chandelier. Piping hot LavAzza coffee and gourmet, loose teas from Carytown Teas are served with breakfast, as well as complimentary Bellinis and Mimosas. A typical breakfast begins with a seasonal fruit dish and is followed by one of our signature entrees, such as our Rustic Italian Breakfast. This dish begins with grilled Italian bread and is topped with a smear of goat cheese, basil pesto, proscuitto ham, broiled tomatoes, poached eggs, and a fresh chiffonade of basil. This is not your mother's breakfast!

To make the meal complete, we always finish with something sweet, such as a small serving of panna cotta with fresh berries.
