The Funny Farm Inn

Beautiful, large, European style cottage overlooking the farm. The house offers two completely separate, private, self contained levels. Guests may stay in either level or rent the whole house for a larger group. Each level can comfortably sleep 6-7 guests but are also delightful for a couple or smaller group.

The upper level offers a sky lit large kitchen open to a living room with 25' cathedral ceilings and exposed beams and a gas fireplace, dining room with large bay window and great views, huge master bedroom with four poster queen sized bed and a twin day bed with a large, exquisite full bath with garden tub. There is also a loft bedroom master bedroom with a queen sized sleigh bed, twin roll away and full bath with shower. Outside is a covered porch and patio with a grill.

The lower level has a living room/kitchen combination with a dining area, large master bedroom with a queen four poster bed and twin roll away and full bath. The second bedroom is large and sunny with 2 double beds. Outside there is a private patio with grill, chairs , table and umbrella for the summer.

Both levels have AC, central heat, satellite TV, DVD, Stereo, phones, and gas wood stoves ( very cozy and warm for the winter). The entire house is beautifully decorated and furnished with many antiques from local shops in this area and a short stroll from the large in ground pool.

Rates & Information:

• Per night rates: $130, $195 and $320
• Three Day Special Rates: Upon request and the third night is 1/2 price
• Weekly and monthly rates are available, please call for rates
• Senior and military discounts are available
• We offer holiday, family and seasonal specials. Please call for details.
• $20-$25 per night per horse
• Well behaved pets are welcome with advance notice, $15 per night per pet
• All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests $20 per night
• Reduced extended stay rates are available. Call for details
• Advanced reservations are encouraged
• Reservations to be accompanied by a deposit of one nights rate
• A full refund, less $25 service charge, will be made if cancellation notice is received 10 days in advance.

• Guests are asked to arrive after 2 pm and leave by 11 am, can make exceptions.
